Microneedling: Face ($300), Face/Neck/Chest ($400), Scalp ($400)

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive procedure that uses tiny, sterile needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. These controlled wounds stimulate the body's natural healing process, leading to a variety of skin benefits. Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how microneedling rejuvenates the skin:

Note: ALL Microneedling treatments include a 20-minute redlight therapy session.

Preparation:

Before the procedure, a topical numbing cream is typically applied to the treatment area to ensure comfort. This is left on for about 25-30 minutes, allowing it to take effect.

Microneedling

The Needling Process:

  • Tiny Needle Penetration: A specialized microneedling device, in the form of a motorized pen, contains multiple small needles (12-36 depending on the device used). These needles are adjusted to different depths depending on the treatment area (usually 0.5 to 2.5 mm).
  • Microscopic Wounds: The device is moved over the skin, and the needles puncture the skin’s outermost layer (epidermis) and the deeper dermal layer, creating thousands of microscopic channels (micro-injuries).
  • Enhanced Absorption: These micro-channels also allow for better absorption of serums applied to the skin immediately after the procedure, maximizing their effectiveness. See our add ons below featuring plant based exosomes, as well as other growth factor/anti-oxidant serums.

Stimulation of Healing and Collagen Production:

  • Collagen and Elastin Production: The body detects these tiny wounds and responds by initiating the healing process. One of the primary responses is an increase in collagen and elastin production—two essential proteins responsible for the skin’s firmness, elasticity, and smooth texture.
  • Growth Factors: As the skin heals, various growth factors are released, enhancing cellular turnover, repairing damaged skin, and rejuvenating its appearance. This can help with fine lines, wrinkles, scars, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin texture.
  • Skin Renewal: Over the next few weeks following microneedling, the micro-channels close, and new skin cells are generated to replace the old, damaged skin. This rejuvenates the skin’s surface, improving its texture, tone, and appearance.

Ongoing Results:

Gradual Improvement: While immediate results can be seen as the skin starts to heal, full results typically emerge within 4-6 weeks, as collagen and elastin continue to rebuild. Skin continues to improve over several months, with the collagen remodeling process lasting up to 6 months.

Featured ADD ON: Enhancing Microneedling with Plant-Based Exosomes (EXOIE): $300

Exosomes are tiny, naturally occurring vesicles (small sacs) that are secreted by stem cells. These exosomes are rich in growth factors, proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids that can communicate with other cells and promote healing.

What is EXOIE (Plant-Based Exosomes):

EXOIE refers to plant-derived exosomes, which are harvested from plants and have been shown to have similar regenerative properties as exosomes from human stem cells. These plant-based exosomes can be used to enhance skin rejuvenation when added to a microneedling treatment.

EXOIE Technology utilizes a proprietary system of biometric nanoparticles that deliver 20 times more cell-signaling activity compared to similar products. Each application introduces 15 billion exosomes along with over 2,000 stem cell factors, leading to faster recovery and enhanced treatment results.

This advanced treatment line features a perfectly formulated combination of naturally occurring plant-derived secretory factors, including liposomes, peptides, and anti-stress components.

EXOIE is a three-step process:

  • D|TOX: Used twice daily for 5 days prior to your scheduled Microneedling Treatment. This serum prepares and hydrates your skin, optimizing it for your upcoming treatment.
  • EXO|E: A blend of plant-based cell factors, liposomes, growth factors, and anti-stress elements that work together to target specific skin concerns, delivering noticeable results. This serum is used during your office treatment and applied directly after microneedling.
  • RE|PAIR: Reinforces the effects of EXO|E with ten additional applications of full-spectrum stem cell factors, tapping into nature’s restorative processes for maximum skin rejuvenation. This serum is used twice daily for 5 days following your in office Microneedling session for ongoing healing and skin regeneration.

With this add on patients experience less downtime and more dramatic results, allowing them to undergo more intensive treatments with minimal social disruption, while simultaneously optimizing the benefits of each procedure.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER MICRONEEDLING:

Immediately during and after the treatment you may see some mild pinpoint bleeding and swelling. Redness and inflammation usually subside after 24 hours but can linger up to 48 hours in some cases depending on the depth or severity of your treatment.

Directly after a microneedling treatment and several days post procedure, expect your skin to feel slightly different than normal and a bit rough to the touch. Some clients report mild flaking of their skin for 48-72 hours. You are allowed to wear make-up 24 hours after the treatment.

Enhancement Add-ons

Exosome Regenerative Complex: $150-$300 Depending on size of treatment area

It can be added to any treatment, specifically microneedling, peels or dermaplane. Exosome regenerative complex is an an intensive dual-action complex formulated to absorb quickly into the skin, delivering the concentrated power of stem cell-derived lyophilized exosomes, potent growth factors, peptides, coenzymes, minerals, amino acids, and vitamins.

Key benefits: It noticeably reduces the appearance of age-related pigment, targets fine lines and wrinkles, visibly makes skin appear firmer and more youthful, and hydrates and nourishes skin.

Key ingredients: Exosomes, Humectant, Growth factors and peptides, vitamins, coenzymes.

Growth Factor Brightening Complex: $50

Growth factors are natural proteins abundant in young skin that regulate skin’s repair processes and decline with age. Contains ingredients believed to inhibit melanin and vitamins and antioxidants that help brighten skin and protect from free radical damage that can cause pigmentation problems.

Key benefits: Reduces the appearance of sun/age spots and uneven skin tone. Supports new cell generation for a more radiant complexion. Leaves skin soft, smooth and conditioned.

Key ingredients: Epidermal growth factor, Aminoethylphosphinic acid, Vitamins C, B2, B3, B5, B6, E, D2, H and K.

Growth Factor Rejuvenating Complex: $50

Growth factors are natural proteins abundant in young skin that regulate skin’s repair processes and decline with age.

Key benefits: Contains ingredients meant to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Supports new cell generation and firmer skin for a younger-looking complexion. Moisturizes and fights free radical damage with anti-oxidants and vitamins.

Key ingredients: Epidermal growth factor, Fibroblast growth factor, Palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, riboflavin, chrysin and N-Hydroxysuccinimide.

CO2LIFT Carboxyl gel mask: $85

Hydrating gel mask designed to calm skin and rebalance the moisture barrier.

Key benefits: Natural polymer hydrogel with seaweed that soothes skin after procedures. Helps reduce redness and restores hydration to dry or dehydrated skin.

Key ingredients: Chondrus Crispus (red algae) powder, Artemisia princeps leaf extract, Epidermal growth factor, Scutellaria baicalensis root extract, citrus junos fruit extract.

Dermaplane: $100 or only $50 when added to any treatment

Dermaplaning is a cosmetic procedure using a medical-grade scalpel that exfoliates the top layers of your skin (dead skin cells) while simultaneously removing fine, wispy hairs on the face and neck. By clearing away dull, damaged skin cells and hair, the result is a smoother skin surface and a brighter, more radiant complexion. Both skin care and make up can then be applied more evenly without unsightly caking of the skin. This treatment is different from dermabrasion, where an aesthetician or doctor uses a high-speed rotating brush to exfoliate the skin. There is no downtime or recovery with this procedure. Results are immediate, and makeup can be applied immediately. The results are temporary and typically last only 3 weeks, making this a routine procedure needed once a month.
