Also known as collagen induction therapy, microneedling is one of our favorite treatments for improving skin quality naturally. Using a professional microneedling device, thousands of controlled microchannels are created within the skin, triggering the body’s natural wound-healing response and stimulating new collagen and elastin production.
The result is gradual remodeling of the skin from within—helping improve fine lines, enlarged pores, uneven texture and tone, acne scarring, sun damage and overall skin firmness.
Why We Love Microneedling
Unlike treatments that simply improve the surface of the skin, microneedling stimulates a natural regenerative process that continues long after your appointment.
And the collagen response can be significant. Published reviews report up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin deposition six months after a series of four microneedling treatments performed approximately one month apart. Because this figure comes from histologic findings cited in the microneedling literature, we intentionally use the qualifier “up to” rather than presenting 400% as a guaranteed individual result.
Because collagen remodeling takes time, results develop gradually. Many clients begin noticing changes in skin texture and radiance within several weeks, with continued improvement over the following months.

How Many Treatments Do I Need?
While even a single treatment can leave the skin looking refreshed, a series of treatments produces more meaningful collagen remodeling. For clients focused on skin rejuvenation, we generally recommend a series based on individual skin concerns and goals. Treatments are commonly spaced approximately four weeks apart, allowing the skin time to recover and begin the remodeling process between sessions.
Scalp Microneedling — $200–$400
Microneedling can also be performed on the scalp. By creating controlled microchannels within targeted areas of the scalp, the treatment is designed to stimulate the local repair response and may be incorporated into an individualized hair and scalp rejuvenation plan. Pricing varies from $200–$400 depending on the size of the treatment area and the extent of treatment required.

All Magnolia microneedling treatments include a 20-minute red light therapy session at no additional charge. Red light therapy provides a soothing finish to the treatment and is incorporated into our post-procedure protocol to support the skin during recovery.

VAMP™ Advanced PDRN Skin Rejuvenation — $175

VAMP Advanced is a concentrated skin-rejuvenating solution used with microneedling to provide an additional boost of hydration and skin-supportive nutrients during treatment. The Advanced formula contains 5 mg/mL PDRN.
Key ingredients / technology: PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotides), hyaluronic acid, 23 amino acids, 11 vitamins, six minerals and additional antioxidants and skin-supportive nutrients.

ACT O’XOME is an exosome-based antioxidant skin booster inspired by cell signaling and bioregenerative technology. Following microneedling, approximately 1 mL is applied topically to each treatment area. The enhancement is intentionally dosed by treatment area rather than using an entire 5 mL vial.
