Meet Our Team
Jennifer Weber, NP
Magnolia Aesthetics was founded by Jennifer Weber, NP, in 2010 after leaving her Dermatology job in Nashville, TN, and moving to Biloxi, MS, to live closer to her family. Jennifer has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since 2004. She graduated from Birmingham Southern College in 2002 with a double major in Biology/Psychology, going on to complete her Bachelor/Master's in Nursing from Vanderbilt School of Nursing in 2004.
She has worked in Primary Care, Dermatology, and Cardiology clinics with a well-rounded medical career. She completed her aesthetics training in 2008 and has extensive training in medical lasers, dermal fillers/Sculptra, medical grade skin peels, microneedling, PDO threads and dermaplane. Jennifer is eager to learn and frequently enrolls in training for new injection techniques/procedures to safely enhance her approach to aesthetic medicine. She is passionate about teaching and loves taking a holistic approach to both medicine and anti-aging. Good sleep, healthy eating and general happiness are pivotal to not only good health but also aging well. She is invested in both your skin and your general health and can guide lifestyle changes in order to achieve a happier and healthier YOU.
Juliet Richards, NP
Juliet Richards joined this family business in 2015 after transitioning from a local aesthetic medical clinic to a primary care clinic. She graduated from South Alabama School of Nursing in 2006 and went on to complete a Master's in Nursing from Belmont Nursing School in Nashville, TN, in 2008. She completed her aesthetics training in 2012 and now focuses her treatments on Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers.

Hillary Blake, LE
Hillary is Magnolia Aesthetics' licensed esthetician and lash artist! She loves working with her clients to help them feel and look their best. During your treatment with her, you will feel confident that she has your goals and vision as her top priority while ensuring your safety and comfort. Hillary has built a following of clients because of her work ethic, warm personality, and attention to detail. Magnolia Aesthetics is proud to have her on our team. She is originally from the West Coast but now loves to call the Mississippi Gulf Coast her home. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her daughter while wearing high-quality SPF, of course.
Drew Weber, MD
Dr. Weber graduated undergrad from Davidson College in 2004, medical school from Robert Wood Johnson UMDNJ in 2008, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Wake Forest in 2011. After residency, he moved to Biloxi to serve in the USAF at Keesler AFB, where he met his wife, Jennifer. After their marriage in 2015, he completed the Aesthetic Medical Educators Training program for Botulinum Toxins/Dermal Fillers in Philadelphia, PA, and joined Magnolia Aesthetics as the medical supervisor. He regularly reviews treatment plans, safety protocols, and training/education with both Jennifer and Juliet to ensure quality care for all of Magnolia's patients.
Tiffany Batey, massage therapy
With over 25 years of experience in massage therapy, Tiffany Batey is dedicated to helping clients achieve relief from aches and pains while enhancing overall well-being. Her warm and caring nature ensures each session is tailored to improve energy, mood, and relaxation. What makes Tiffany truly unique is her ability to customize every massage to fit the exact wants and needs of her clients.
